Hello,

The first message to know a little bit more about all of us.

So I am French, I am from Marseille, South.

I have first studied law, then I studied Biology, Computer Science and Mathematics during three years. After that, I have done an Honours in Biology with IT at the University of Paisley (Scotland).

I had different placements in laboratories:
- I developed an Intranet prototype for the medical information department of the Conception Hospital of Marseilles
- I developed a 3D model of C.elegans in an INSERM laboratory in Marseilles (National Institute specialised in medical research)
- I performed bioinformatics analysis of footprints sequences of Drosophila Melanogaster in another one (Structural biology and microbiology institute).
- I worked on membrane protein folding by computing volumes occupied by water molecules with voronoi diagrams (French National Center for Scientific Research)
- I worked on crystallography file format conversion in another centre of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (but only one month)
- and only one month also, I worked on giant viruses (phylogenetics study mainly) in the same lab.

So if you are interested in doing your training course this summer in Marseilles, I know some people who could help you to get one, just ask me.

this is for the "professional part".
