Subject: Class Test - Wednesday October 22nd Tue Oct 07, 2008 9:04 pm

We will be holding a class test for the MSc IT and MRes Bioinformatics students on Wednesday 22 October between 1400-1700 in Boyd-Orr Lecture Theatre E. Please put the date, time and venue in your diary now.
The main purpose of the class test will be for you to have some early formative feedback as to how you are getting on with the material in the Programming and Information Systems and Databases courses (MSc IT/ MRes Bioinformatics students) and in the Systems and Networks course (MSc IT students only).
The class test will be open-book and run relatively informally; it will not count towards your final mark for any of the courses. It will consist of a selection of multiple-choice questions from each of Programming, ISD and S&N. Our intention is to try to go over the answers in the session as far as time permits.
